Yes, the credit card on file will be authorized prior to arrival for the full anticipated amount of your stay, including a security deposit of $100 per day. After departure, any unused funds will be released to you according to your credit company’s policy and bank’s processing of returned funds.

Yes, we charge a taxable $25 per day Daily Guest Amenities Fee that includes:

• Premium guest internet access
• Daily $25 food and beverage credit for use in all hotel outlets (excluding room service)
• 1-hour bicycle rental for two people
• In-room coffee and tea

No. The hotel accepts either credit or debit cards. At check-in, we’ll need a valid credit or debit card to place a temporary authorization for your stay, plus a $200 hold for incidentals. The hold will be released after your departure.

For a smooth check-in, we kindly ask that all guests are 21 or older, with a valid photo ID and method of payment ready.

Check-in starts at 4:00 pm, and we kindly ask that guests check out by 11:00 am.

While we can’t guarantee early check-in before 4:00 pm, we’ll be happy to check you in early if a room is ready. If one isn’t available upon your arrival, we’re glad to hold your luggage until we can complete check-in. Please note that late check-out fees may apply.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, Hotel Tampa Riverwalk is a completely smoke-free waterfront Tampa hotel. A $250 fee applies for smoking in guest rooms and $500 for suites. Continued violations may result in eviction without refund.

No, while we want you to make the most of your stay at Hotel Tampa Riverwalk, we do have a no-party policy on all guest floors and in all rooms and suites. Any disturbances from parties may result in additional fees, and extra cleaning charges may apply if your room requires more than a typical stay.

No, we do not offer a shuttle service to the Tampa International Airport.

River’s Edge serves breakfast daily from 7:00 to 11:00 am, lunch is enjoyed from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, and dinner every evening from 5:00 to 10:00 pm, making it easy to enjoy waterfront dining any time of day.

Currently, our centrally located downtown Tampa hotel with a waterfront restaurant and bar does not offer room service.
